Sample DIY Macau Tour from HongKong

This Macau itinerary applies for those travelers who wish to visit Macau from Hong Kong as a day trip travel. I researched this in different travel forums.

Getting around Macau

8:00 – Depart on a TurboJet.

9:00 – Arrival at Macau (Ferry Terminal). Upon arrival, make sure to get free tourist Macau maps at the Tourist Information Center. Then take a 5 to 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal to Fisherman’s Wharf.

9:30 – Fisherman’s Wharf, stroll around, take pictures.

10:30 – From Fisherman’s Wharf, walk back to Ferry Terminal then ride ride a free shuttle bus going to Grand Lisboa, Hotel Liboa, or Grand Emperor Hotel. Start hotel hopping!

11:30 – Lunch at Senado Square. A 15 to 20-minute walk from hotels. Make sure to ask directions on how to go Senado Square to English-speaking policemen scattered around. Continue reading »

Review of Cash Cash Pinoy deal and their client (dental clinic)

I bought a Complete Teeth Whitening voucher from Cash Cash Pinoy.  For those who aren’t aware of Cash Cash Pinoy, it is a group buying website. I availed the voucher last March 2011 with an expiration date of June 2011.

June 2011, I decided to finally redeem the voucher, so I called the clinic to schedule the procedure. Right after work, I went straight to the dental clinic. I was excited that time. When I arrived in the clinic, the assistant greeted me warmly, “Ms. Lajara?” She then gave me a consent form regarding the procedure.  The dentist was also nice and very accommodating. After filling out the form, the procedure then began.

The dentist was really nice and caring. She made sure that my teeth won’t feel any sensitivity during the procedure. She made me feel that I’m a very valued customer. She gave me a bell and instructed me to ring it whenever there’s a pain or stinging sensation. She then carefully put the bleaching product on my teeth.
