Everybody loves free stuff right? Why not join the Oishi’s Tambayang Magiliw Video Contest where you and your barkada can fly and stay to Boracay for free, susyal di ba? You just have to shoot your own music video to the song “Tambayang Magiliw.” Make it fun, creative, and exciting.

You can also shoot the Tambayang Magiliw Video while enjoying Oishi Ridges in different flavors: Onion and Garlic, Cheese, Cheese and Garlic, Barbeque, and Wasabi. You can buy it to the nearest supermarket or sari-sari store in your area.

How to join the contest:
1. A group of friends/barkada with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 members and are all Philippine residents.
2. Download the 1 minute Tambayang Magiliw song and use this as music of your video entry
(http://www.tambayangmagiliw.com/?page_id=20).
3. Take a photo of your barkada.
4. Shoot the video. The barkada is required to shoot with the Oishi Ridges in different flavors.
5. Come up with a Pledge to your Tambayan to tell us how endearing your tambayan is to your barkada.
6. Once you have your entries prepared, Register your barkada.
7. To send additional entries, email the web admin at oishiridges@tambayangmagiliw.com and attach your entry videos. Once approved, the web admin will post your additional videos on your profile page.

First Prize: Boracay Trip with Lodging
Second Prize: Barkada Pictorial complete with styling, make-up and prints
Third Prize: Overnight stay at a hotel

Ahhhhhh! It’s our last today! I’m gonna miss my friends Hannah and Nikki :(, Vaseline people, our chubby photographer, Direk Gerald, and the rest of the team!

Bangui Windmills: We are really amazed with these Windmills. I’ve never seen windmills before except those on TV but this time, it’s real.

It’s really hot! Do not attempt to use this umbrella if your skin is not protected! I suggest reading this post to know what’s our secret.

It’s actually the Vaseline Whitening Lotion with SPF 24! They are the people behind this exciting roadtrip!

Paraiso ni Anton: They say, if you drink water from it, you will be healed. It is also called the miraculous water. But the local there suggest to drink it unless you will go further on top to get the cleanest water.

I touched it wanting to heal my heart

Blue Lagoon: The Boracay of the North. I’ve never seen such blue sea as this in my entire beaching bumming life. It’s really nice to stay here!

There are so many activities to offer such as Banana boat, kayaking, surfing, paddle boat, and many more!

This beach is facing the South Chine Sea! Oh yeah!

We also visited these places during our Day 3 trip:
Trekking on the Sand Dunes of Ilocos Norte
Cape Bojeador Lighthouse Ilocos Norte

Sneak Peak at Fort Ilocandia + Vaseline Whitening Lotion Contest

Fort Ilocandia is the only 5-star hotel resort in Northern Philippines. Together with friends Hannah and Nikki, we are lucky enough that Vaseline gave us an opportunity to stay in this kind of hotel!

We had lunch at Fort Ilocandia Cafe and Restaurant and I can say the place is so nice. They have a live mini concert while you eat their special dish.

Before we head to our rooms, we saw the wide facilities of Fort Ilocandia. They have beach resort, large swimming pools, archery, golf, sunset lounge, and you can even sing in front of people in the their pub!! And I tried it! I sang my favorite song “What’s Up” in jazzy version lol.

YAYYY!!! I have finally ridden a carabao!!

YES LOL. You can ride their carabao. It is really warm to touch, his name is DYANGO!

Time to go to rest now. In my entire travel experience, I have never slept in a room without a partner LOL. I suddenly miss my friend Mica. But this time, I have a solo room!!

I really wowed when I saw my room! I was like “OMGOSH this room is mine!” But with two beds hehe.

LOL of course, camwhoring inside my room.

Indulge in the Uniquely Singapore Experience

To travel in all Asian countries — it is in my bucket list. I’ve never traveled outside country, but given the opportunity to travel, Singapore would be my very first and memorable place to be! Traveling to SG would be possible through Nuffnang!

Sentosa shot.

It will be my first time!! So I’ve got to plan my 1-day DREAM itinerary!! Yay!!

It will all start in food!
8 AM – Laksa for breakfast or Nasi Lemak at the nearest coffee shop!

9 AM – Sentosa! I’m gonna buckle up for this one. The famous spot in Singapore! Will not miss this very popular resort in Singapore.

I gotta try the Tiger Sky Tower, Sentosa 4D Magix, and The Flying Trapeze. I love heights!

It seems hard to get away from Sentosa, I just wanna feel the place more, walk, and take more photos. But I need to tour more! MERLION!

12 NN – Singapore Zoo at Mandai. I love animals, especially the exotic ones. I will not miss this Singapore’s Open Zoo concept!

1 PM – Will try Singapore’s local food Satay and Hokien noodles.

2 PM – Like I said, I like exotics. Will spend hot afternoon at rainforest of Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. Having a jungle-ish surroundings makes me feel adventurous!

3 PM – Little India. Will shop some DVDs, umbrellas, pillowcases..

4 PM – Shopping at the Orchard! I so much love to visit this place. Very refreshing and classy.

5 PM – Night photo shoot at Esplanade Park. Will find couples kissing, handsome men walking, whatever makes the night. Shoot!!

6 PM – There is this certain thing I would love to try in SG. Halloween is nearly coming, and I’ve never tried the trick or treat thing in my entire life.

What about a Spooky tour in Singapore? Yay!!

This could be the best chill out I could do with my friends!!

8 PM – Singapore is on booming spa industry. I can imagine my feet hurts due to long tour. I’ll go ahead to the must visit Spa in Singapore, Aspara. Will get some of their signature treatments!

I would also like to try Singapore’s best foot reflexology, which targets body’s internal organs better than of a back massage!! *floats*

And I miss hanging out my feet with Doctor Fish!!

OMG!! What a long DREAM itinerary! I got this whole idea from visitsingsingapore!

Kiddie Fun! Its Krrunch Time, Get Playful

Typhoon Ondoy struck our area! OMG! No food!! Thank goodness I bought cans of Pringles.

I’m gonna show you how we’re stranded and stuck up in 2nd floor! Yay! That’s our car! OMG! OMG! *panic*

My cousins and nephew were afraid, bored, and about to cry with this situation!

I hurried and picked up some Pringles and they like it!

What if we play a game? I want them to forget what’s happening outside! Now, It’s Krrunch time!

How to play the Krrunch game:
We have 3 players so we need 3 plates, were Pringles will be placed. Then put the can in alignment like 3 meters from the plates with Pringles. Set timer for 3 minutes! Now, pop a piece of Pringles and put in mouth. Then run to put the Pringles inside the can using the mouth! The one who puts most number of Pringles in can wins!

Time is up!!
Alyssa wins with 14 Pringles ahead to Tosh and Ej with 13! So close, huh.

Kids had soo much Fun with this Krrunch game!!

Kids can’t forget what we played last Saturday. The next day, they begged me to play again! This time, only 2 players since the other one is still sleeping.

After game, kids tried Pringles on bread with peanut butter!

I can’t believe that Pringles will really turn our boring situation into a playful one!! Pringles saved the day!
