Heart Pounding Laughs and Gasps with Kel and Jay

It was my first time watching a funny gag show with a glimpse of magic live! I’m glad that my first time is really awesome and memorable. I first met Kel in DigitalFilipino plugging his show about Laughs and Gasps. In another event, DigitalFilipino Web Awards, Kel was once again there, plugging his show. What is Laughs and Gasps?

Laughs and Gasps, basically a show for the benefit of Giselle Sanchez foundation. It is my first time to watch funny show with a glimpse of magic. Jonel, a blogger friend, wasn’t really aware of it at first. Since Jonel is an outgoing blogger, I invited him to watch so that I’m not gonna be alone. It’s sad that some of my blogger friend did not make it. One is sleepy head, one is from another event, one is in the party, and the other, nevermind. LOL. Peace! Hahaha!

Before Jonel arrive, Pop machine group Azrael, Joriben, Mark and Chris accompany me. I don’t know where’s the entrance to Vibal Publishing! Thanks to you guys!

This is the first part of the show. Ahahah! Giselle is really awesome and talented person. Omigoodness, Giselle tripping the boys in the stage! We’re laughing all the way! For the win!

I’m slow, at first I thought their mask has some kind of special device responding from air when you speak, afterwards I notice that Wanlu’s hand are both at the back of the two volunteers and his throat is shaking still. Hahaha!

Jay is unbelievable. I don’t know how the creepy thing of stopping his pulse work, he made me think that he’s a monster. Vampire. I thought stepping on pieces of broken glass is only a camera trick on TV, but oh–my–god, Jay proved it and it exist! I saw it LIVE!

Kel with Poi. I often watch this kind of stunt in TV where the performer is often injured, that made me really nervous and paranoid. My mouth was like hanging, oh–my–god–. And Kel did it successfully! Heart pounding!

A lot of emotions I felt after watching the show. Amazed, paralyzed, shocked, dazzled, overwhelmed. Memorable it is! Kelnjay are two awesome people. Congratulations for the job well done! There will be Part 2, hopefully, for those who missed the event!
