Comments on: Moon Cafe in Ayala Terraces Cebu

I had a very bad experience last night with one of Moon’s receptionist named Michelle. I asked for our bill at napasitsit ang kasama ko minsan lng at nag senyas na mag bill-out na kmi. That Michelle gave our bill sabay sabi “Sir, sunod gani ayaw kog sitsiti ha kay dili ni karenderya…. Kung gusto mo didto ka sa gawas kay daghan to karenderya… in the first place Ayala na diri” gi-usab pa explain. Niulbo kaspa ko teh. I talk to their Supervisor (Lanie) and she asked an apology on Michelle’s behalf. I admit sayop pud ko but I didn’t mean anything. Usaul na yon sa inuman but in a nice way naman at minsan lang yon dahil malayo sya. In the very first place, hindi nya dapat ako ginanon Customer ako! I’m dining in and out @ Moon Cafe’ coz not only the ambiance and food are GREAT but even the service. She’s the only one who gave that kind of service. And iba maganda yong service nla. I am hoping that the management won’t tolerate that kind of employee and give proper sanction to that receptionist. I found-out that she’s a head receptionist. Hope kabalo sya sa iya role as a head.

Sorry for the super late reply, Ada.

To be frank, I’ve forgotten where exactly in Guadalupe, Cebu City, the original Moon Cafe is. I only know the directions, but they’re pretty hazy considering I haven’t been in Cebu for three years.

I’m sure, though, that a lot of cab drivers know the way. That’s how we discovered some of the best places to dine in Cebu. Just ask your cabbie.

Sarap ng mga dishes..how i wish na matikman ko lahat yan..kahit na nakalimutan mo yung mga name nila..whehe..
ganda pala ng girl nasa 2nd position from the left side…. at lahat na rin ay magaganda..weeeeeew!!
