MDPC at Pan De Amerikana MarikinaPosted by Ada on Category: Foods and Drinks | 13 Comments |
Yesterday, I attended Marikina Digital Photographers Club’s (MDPC) 1st Year Anniversary at Pan De Amerikana Marikina. I’m not familiar with the place and I know there will be many photographers will come, so, I chose to arrive early.
It’s raining but the show must go on. The program started with a dramatic prayer and an emotional National Anthem. We have some portrait photoshooting but I don’t think I did great because of my direct flash! I will post it until I finished editing.

They have a big chess area for Masochists.

Just grab some chess and play on the tables.

The area is also a WiFi Zone, perfect combination for coffee and pandesal.

This is the whole area’s ceilings. Nature friendly and cool.

The restaurant is very vintage looking. Very classic, but uses cheap materials such as woods, clays, etc., which gives a long lasting aged aura.

I didn’t make it to purchase their big hot pandesal, because the event already serves food and my budget is only P10 that time. But my aunt shares that Pan De Amerikana makes the best pandesal in town. I’ll go back there soon.
By the way, Marikina Digital Photographers Club (MDPC) is open to all aspiring photographers and professional photographers who wish to interact and join photoshootings. They welcome all even if you are not from Marikina. Just head to catchinglights.org and look for Doc Joel Julian or Sam Santos. Membership fee is P500 and good for one year; packed with action and photoshootings activity.

Great looking place. And the most important part of it – it’s got free wi fi.
