How to get to Bohol (from Cebu)

We have no idea how to get there prior to our travel. We asked few people in the area and some friends from Cebu on where-to’s and how-to’s. We also did some searching in the internet. I knew there were other ways of getting to Bohol from Cebu via other ferries, but we chose Oceanjet that moment.

From Cebu to Tagbilaran: From Cebu City Pier 1 (where Oceanjet ferry terminal is), look for the ticket outlet of Oceanjet ferries and your buy ticket going to Tagbilaran. Schedules can be found from their website as well.

Cebu to Tagbilaran & vice versa one-way trip is Php 500.00 (or Php 1,000 round trip). However, if you purchase ticket a day ahead of your trip, it is only Php 400 one way. Do know that you can check-in your luggage as well when riding the ferry.

Note that jeepney and taxi drivers are familiar with Cebu City Pier 1, so don’t worry of being lost when getting to the ferry terminal, you can always ask around.
