There are several options to book hotels or accommodations in El Nido. Great example is Agoda, El Nido.
There are actually 4 main locations to choose from when staying in El Nido:
- Town’s beach front — a great location to stay; perfect view to have coffee every morning; overlooking the Bacuit Bay; and where most bars and restaurants are.
- Corong-corong (3 to 5 min tricycle ride from town) — quiet location, perfect view of sunset
- Calaan (10 to 15 min walk from town) and; — quite location, perfect view of sunset
- Away from the beach, town proper (3 to 8 min walk from beach front) — opportunity to interact with locals and other travelers; where eateries, souvenir shops, bars, night clubs, and nice restaurants are situated. This is where I stayed.
There are some in Taytay; however, the location is already too far from the El Nido town proper where most main activities are.
There are 3 ways to choose or book the right hotel or budget accommodation for you through this blog.
1) Book via Agoda to guarantee reservation (recommended for peak season).
2) Download the list of hotels and budget accommodations in El Nido in PDF format. The list was arranged from lowest to highest price rates.
3) Start by choosing your preferred location using the Location Tabs above (Beach front or Calaan, Town proper, Corong-Corong).

Room rates
The room rates indicated on the Location tabs are off-peak season based and some are fan rooms which are good for two. It is important to contact the respective hotel and accommodation first and ask which fits your needs such as having free WiFi, air-con, 24-hr electricity (El Nido doesn’t have 24-hr access to electricity), hot shower, private bathrooms, etc.
Agoda reservations
Booking via Agoda is convenient and recommended for peak season travels yet 5% to 8% higher than walk-in rates. So I recommend that you contact the respective hotel or room accommodation for personal or direct reservations and payment rather than using online reservation websites.
