Posted by Ada on Category: Blogging | 8 Comments

Super Bowl of China Trinoma in partnership with Yehey invited few bloggers to taste their newest Chinese delights. I’m one the lucky bloggers to taste their newest delights.

I saw familiar faces Jonel, Chris, Mark, Iris and her hubby, Ohmski, and Carl when I arrive. The bloggers was group into pink, white and orange and I was in white team with Brian’s orgmates from UP.

Few minutes and other bloggers arrived like Ed, Carlo and Sire. I met new bloggers like Monique, Mee-i, Audrey and Abbie who were with Edel.

We have two plates of Crispy Mandarin Chicken. A real taste of Chinese chicken cuisine made of boneless chicken fillets fried to a golden brown crisp, drenched in a light and mildly spiced Chinese Sauce, and served with Taiwan petchay on the side, is a must-have.

Healthy eaters, meanwhile, will delight in the Seafood Chopsuey that is cooked with assorted garden fresh vegetables with black and mixed mushrooms sautéed with fish fillet, shrimp, and other seafood.

Tao Sa Pao, a sweet treat of fried siopao dough with black bean cream filling. Eat it while it’s hot!

Lechon Macau, deep-fried crispy pork belly cutlets seasoned with select Chinese spices and served with Hoisin sauce on the side.

Also try the restaurant’s all-time favorite fare this holiday season such as the Deep Fried Cuttlefish with Spicy Salt, Yang Chow Fried Rice, Hunan Tofu, Crispy Shrimp w/ Sweet & Sour Sauce, Fish Fillet with Taosi Sauce, Sweet and Sour Pork, Honey Glazed Pork Ribs, Sliced Beef with Brocolli, Szechuan Shrimp, Golden Shanghai Chicken, Steamed Fish Fillet w/ Garlic, assorted dimsum, roasts, rice toppings, and desserts.
